The breakfast had a decent spread and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient and close to all the major tourist attractions. The room had all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay.
Our New Year's experience was ruined due to the lack of soundproofing. We could hear the noise from the streets and the nearby restaurants until the early hours of the morning.

The manager and staff were simply outstanding. From the manager cheerfully - at 2 am - accommodating a delayed arrival because our flight was canceled, to quickly getting replacement towels when needed, to arranging local cultural show reservations, to calling cabs, etc. Just very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast terrace with view of the Marmara was great, food quite good. Easy walk to key tourist sites, good restaurants, etc. a bit small with the living room made into a bedroom for my boys, but clean and comfortably equipped. Great choice!
The bathroom shower door and floor were mounted in such a way that water hitting the shower wall ran down onto the floor. A fix for that would be good. The breakfast buffet was quite good, but I'd prefer real juice over Tang. Really pretty minor points. Definitely good value for the money, in a good location, within walking distance to all the major tourist sites in Sultanahmet / Seraglio / Galata.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The rooms are like little apartments, with separate living areas, bedrooms, and even kitchen facilities. It's incredible value for money, especially considering the prices in the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the location is safe and convenient. Plus, the breakfast on the terrace with its great view is a delightful way to start the day.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

Breakfast was good - very good selection and available whole morning. The studio room was of a reasonable size, there was a seating area and I was even upgraded to a studio room with a large balcony. Nice matching furniture. The whole hotel is, I believe, after refurbishment. Cold water available at the reception. Staff was quite helpful.
Wifi was very unreliable. There was no information regarding the hotel or the area available in the room (it wasn´t even obvious how to call the reception, there was no menu though room service was available). The breakfast lady spoke zero English. It might have been good to have a kettle in the kitchenette. The lift was faulty (it stopped working when I was on the way to my room and I had to ring the bell and shout and wait for the receptionist to rescue me. That took some time and I was really worried by the time he let me out as I also left my phone in the room so couldn´t communicate. I climbed the stairs to the 6th floor every day till my departure as I was really scared that I could get stuck again.)

The host Yusuf - helpful and English-speaking. Quick response to requests. Good value for money. Nearby shops. Daily cleaning service with no extra cost. Great location close to tourist sites. Helpful staff. Breakfast on roof terrace with sea view. Rooms cleaned daily. Privacy and self catering. Friendly owner and staff. Airport transportation provided. Informative about attractions and cell phone usage. Quiet at night. Nearby grocery shopping opportunities.
Nothing, everything was great.

Great value and location! Perfect for our New Year's stay! the suite was very clean and comfortable. the rooftop terrace where breakfast was served had stunning views. the staff was accommodating, providing us with helpful tips on places to visit and local restaurants. the suite's kitchenette was especially useful for making meals.
Although the suite was generally comfortable, the lack of air conditioning in some areas made it stuffy in some places, particularly the bathroom. the building's location on a hill made it difficult to access with heavy luggage, and some noise on the street made it difficult to sleep in.
